Sue was first appointed to the Paget’s Association in 1996, at its offices in Eccles, when she undertook a two week placement to input data onto a new computer. 1998 saw her return to the Association, commencing work as an admin assistant on a contract of ten hours a week, which increased to eighteen hours a week, following the Association’s relocation to Walkden, in April 1999. On the retirement of the Deputy Chief Executive, at the end of 2009, Sue was appointed full time admin assistant, and twelve months later, was promoted to Office Manager, now overseeing the running of the Paget’s office from its premises at Moorfield House.
