Information for Exhibitors

Venue

The exhibition will be in the Bernard Sunley Building Foyer, St Catherine’s College, Oxford. Lectures, tea/coffee breaks, and posters (Paget’s only) will be in the same area. For maps and travel information please see the web at www.stcatz.ox.ac.uk.

Parking

Please report to the Porters’ Lodge in the first instance. The porters will give you directions as to where to park to unload your vehicle (trollies are available). You will then need to move your car to the St Catherine’s College car park. You will need to obtain a parking permit from the Porters to display in your vehicle.

Stands

Each exhibitor will be allocated a space sufficient for a table top stand or popup stand, up to a maximum of 2.5m wide by 1.5m deep. Ceiling height is 2000 mm. Space is limited and self-build stands cannot be accommodated. Please use the form to book tables, chairs and power points.

Exhibition build upfor those attending Workshop AND Pagets:
Tuesday 5 July 18.00-21.00
Wednesday 6 July 07.30-09.00

Exhibition build upfor those attending Pagets only:
Thursday 7 July 17.00-21.00

Exhibition break down:

Exhibition opening times

The exhibition area will be open to delegates at all times during the scientific programme. As a minimum, please arrange for your stand to be attended during the official breaks (see programme).

Registration

Tea, coffee and lunch for up to 2 representatives each day are included in the exhibition fee. Additional exhibitors can be registered at £30 per day. Names of all staff must be notified to Kate Latham (using the registration form) by Friday 17 June. Representatives wishing to attend the scientific sessions must register for the meeting as a delegate.

Social events

This is a residential conference and company representatives are invited to join the delegates for dinner at the College if they so wish. Details are given on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
