Who is the event for?
The event is for people with Paget’s disease, their carers, family members, health professionals, researchers and scientists.

How do I book?
If you would like to attend please complete the booking form and return to the office as soon as possible. Final information will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Topics and Speakers
If you have been to one of our Information Days before you will know that they are very informative. Topics to be discussed will include what Paget’s disease is, the management of the condition and Paget’s research. There will also be plenty of time for questions from the audience.
Confirmed speakers include Professor Terry O'Neill, Dr Mike Stone, Dr Anna Daroszewska, Dr Rob Layfield, Dr Carla Burrell, and the 2017 winner of the Sir Julian Paget Student Research Bursary, who will present details of their research project.

The venue
The event is taking place at the St Thomas Centre, Manchester. The Centre is a renovated Grade 2 listed Georgian church - the third oldest church in Manchester. The building is home to the Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation who manage the ground floor conference centre. St Thomas Centre is within easy reach of Manchester city centre and Piccadilly station. Please note there is very limited parking. Travelling to the venue by public transport may be preferable.

The Paget’s Association’s AGM
A small section of the day will be given to the Annual General Meeting. This is your opportunity to find out all that has been happening at the Association in the last twelve months.
